What is NutriVibes’ return policy?
Grounds for returns:
- Returns are applicable within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns can be claimed in the following cases-
- Our customised packaging was torn.
- Products inside the parcel were missing.
- Quantity received was not as per the quantity ordered. To illustrate – you ordered one kg of mamra badam and received half kg of mamra badam.
- Product received was not the product that was actually ordered. To illustrate – you ordered cold-pressed hazelnut oil and received almond oil in its place.
Conditions to claim returns:
The return will only be granted if the client provides a short video from the opening of parcel till the opening of our customised packaging and making it clear that the products were actually damaged at that time when they were received by the client.
Procedure to claim returns:
The client will have to upload the video at and re-ship the product to the following address email@example.com

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case your product has not been shipped, for cancellation, Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case an order shipping has already been made.

Full Refund accepted for cancelled orders paid online.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
When can Refund be credited to the customer?
Customer can expect refunds to be credited to their bank account within 7 business days.
NutriVibes believes in helping its customers, and therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. The policy includes the following as stated under-
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order.
- The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
- No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If there are complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
How do I cancel an order?
